icomedias joins Altamount, strengthening expertise in public sector digitalisation

Altamount Software GmbH ("Altamount") has signed an agreement to acquire icomedias GmbH ("icomedias"), headquartered in Graz, Austria. With its product HybridForms, icomedias is one of the leading providers of digital, mobile form and workflow processes — in particular for public authorities, emergency services organisations, and companies operating in critical infrastructure. Closing of the transaction remains subject to the required foreign investment regulatory approval by the Austrian authorities and is expected in the near term.
With this acquisition, Altamount expands its portfolio to include aleading specialist in mission-critical digitalisation. HybridForms enablespolice authorities, public administrations, and organisations with highsecurity requirements to map paper-based processes in a fully digital, mobile,and offline-capable manner. The solution thereby closes a central gap betweenstatutory requirements, operational efficiency, and security-sensitive datamanagement.
