Andreas has over 15 years experience in leading, operating and scaling mission-critical technology companies. Before founding Altamount, he was CEO of a Private-Equity-backed tech-enabled business services company, where he led over 400 people generating 200m EUR in revenues.

He also gained valuable experience in strategic and M&A roles in the telecoms and financial services industry beforehand. Andreas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master from the University of St. Gallen and also completed a Bankausbildung. He lives in Berlin with his wife and 2 kids.

Christian Auth has more than 20 years of experience infinancial management roles within internationally operating corporations.
He began his career with a Big Four auditing firm before joining the MAN Truck& Bus Group, where he held various senior finance positions over atwelve-year period, including six years as CFO of subsidiaries in Asia andCentral Europe. Prior to his appointment as CFO of Altamount in October 2025,Christian served as CFO of a publicly listed logistics company headquartered inHamburg.

Christian holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from theUniversity of Erlangen–Nuremberg. He lives in Hamburg with his wife and daughter.

Timm Overmans has more than 15 years of experience in M&A, 7 of which were in software acquisitions. Before joining Altamount, he was responsible for deal sourcing and market entry in Germany and Europe for several software investors. Thanks to his time at Constellation Software, BID Equity, Visma and most recently Everfield, he knows all variants of software consolidators. He now brings this knowledge to Altamount and into his discussions with interesting companies.Prior to that, in the industrial sector, he was responsible for strategy, change management, reorganization and governance besides M&A. He studied in St. Gallen, Medellín and Freiburg im Breisgau. He lives with his wife and 3 children in Frankfurt am Main.

Kai Frenzel has senior experience in business leadership from various business sectors. Kai worked in the Banking, Med Tech and Software industry in the past 30 years. He was in several leadership roles as Finance Manager, Corporate Controller, CFO and COO in international business environments. The last seven years he worked for two vertical Software portfolios within Constellation Software Group as a CFO/ COO. Kai lives with his family and 3 children in the northern Frankfurt Area and likes rowing and cross country skiing.

Dominik has extensive experience in value creation across software and technology-enabled businesses. Before joining Altamount, he spent five years at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager in the Private Equity Group, where he focused on commercial and operational due diligence as well as value-creation work for leading investors and their portfolio companies in software and technology.

At Altamount, he supports management teams during onboarding and strategy definition including Altamount’s policy-deployment methodology, value-creation playbook and AI initiatives.

Dominik holds an MSc in Finance & Private Equity from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. He is based in Frankfurt with his wife and enjoys padel, skiing and cooking.
