Acquisition of PSI Transcom GmbH by CHAPTERS Platform Altamount

Altamount Software GmbH (“Altamount”), a platform of CHAPTERS Group AG (“CHAPTERS”), has today acquired 100% of the shares in PSI Transcom GmbH from PSI Software SE. Closing of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2025, subject to approval by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

PSI Transcom GmbH is a leading provider of software for critical infrastructure in the public transport sector. Founded in 1980, the company and its more than 100 employees have established a market-leading position in the growing e-mobility segment of public transport. CHAPTERS and Altamount view PSI Transcom GmbH as a clear growth business and will going forward pursue both organic and inorganic growth in PSI Transcom’s markets, operating out of its Berlin base.
