Acquisition of PSI Transcom GmbH by CHAPTERS Platform Altamount

Altamount Software GmbH ("Altamount"), a platform of CHAPTERS Group AG ("CHAPTERS"), has today acquired 100% of the shares in PSITranscom GmbH from PSI Software SE. Closing of the transaction is expected inthe first quarter of 2025, subject to approval by the Federal Ministry forEconomic Affairs and Climate Action.
PSI Transcom GmbH is a leading provider of software for criticalinfrastructure in the public transport sector. Founded in 1980, the company andits more than 100 employees have established a market-leading position in thegrowing e-mobility segment of public transport. CHAPTERS and Altamount view PSITranscom GmbH as a clear growth business and will going forward pursue bothorganic and inorganic growth in PSI Transcom's markets, operating out of itsBerlin base.
CHAPTERS CEO Jan-Hendrik Mohr comments:
